Job summary

OnePoint Patient Care, an affiliate of PharMerica, is seeking an Account Manager to support our Client Services team. This role involves in-office and field travel with a 30% travel requirement, serving health care clients nationwide from Tempe, AZ or Glenview, IL areas.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and experience in client management or customer service within a healthcare or B2B setting, with strong communication, project coordination, and Salesforce/Axiom proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience in a client management, customer service, or client support role; healthcare/B2B setting desired.
• Ability to present to all levels of management; strong time-management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploys advanced, consultative, and strategic approach to account management, including promotion of corporate initiatives.
• Supports Client Services with customer success tasks, report development, incident tracking and presentations.
• Collaborates with internal partners to ensure timely responses and set client expectations.
• Manages client base using the company's CRM; tracks activities, tasks, contacts, and events.
• Prepares and participates in Book of Business Reviews with Management on a quarterly/bi-annual basis.
• Facilitates client engagement calls and training; oversees implementation of new facilities and compliance materials.
• Coordinates with billing/collections, contracting, and marketing to meet receivables standards.
