Job summary

OnePoint Patient Care is seeking an Account Manager to support our Client Services team. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 40% travel, with responsibilities spanning consultative account management, reporting, and collaboration with internal partners to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will manage CRM-based activities, drive retention, and participate in quarterly business reviews, while liaising with finance and marketing as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in business or related field.
• Experience in client management, customer service, or client support in healthcare or B2B setting.
• Ability to present to management; strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Axiom; project management and customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Deploy strategic account management, including implementation of corporate initiatives.
• Support Client Services with customer success tasks, including report development and incident tracking.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely client responses and set expectations.
• Manage client base using the company CRM; track activities and document upsell opportunities.
• Prepare quarterly or semi-annual Book of Business reviews with management.
