Remarkable is seeking an administrative support professional to provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist office staff with daily tasks. The role focuses on building positive relationships with referring physicians and healthcare partners, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, at least one year in healthcare or administrative work, and a valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance.

Formación

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent.
• 0 Experience: One year in healthcare or administrative work.
• License/Certification: Driver’s license and proof of current auto liability insurance; no listing in OIG Excluded Provider listing.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain relationships with referring physicians, medical practices, and other healthcare stakeholders in the community.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage incoming calls, screen calls and transfer to appropriate person/department.
• Assist with scheduling, receiving referrals.
• Assist with several office functions.
• Verify client insurances.
• Communicate with referral sources to collect needed information.
• Ensure interactions and communications adhere to healthcare laws and regulations.
