Job summary

Advanced Radiology Consultants is seeking a Client Liaison Associate to support radiologists, practice clients and marketing functions. You will act as the main contact for referring physicians and office staff, coordinate client requests, and help maintain efficiency and reputation of the practice.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, multitasking ability, and a foundation in healthcare operations. On-site position with opportunities to support events and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare settings with knowledge of medical terminology.
• Administrative experience and basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling skills.
• Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan, organize and coordinate projects, meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and resolving unread and callback exams reports.
• Coordinating and monitoring client requests.
• Daily monitoring of outstanding issues.
• Handling physician correspondence and radiology report distributions.
• Serving as point of contact for radiologists and clients.
• Assist IT help desk and handle IT requests as needed.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate marketing events.
• Coordinate physician meetings and events.
