Job summary

Prime Health Services is seeking a Relationship Associate to deliver high-quality customer service to Providers and Clients. You will handle inquiries, navigate the ticket system, and support provider network activities.

This role emphasizes organized work, strong communication, and ability to work with cross-functional teams; travel may be required for on/off site meetings. Bachelor’s degree is required, and healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; substitution allowed for up to 50% of education.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries in the ticket system and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Respond to Client requests via phone or email in a timely manner.
• Assist members and injured workers with locating In-network Provider options.
• Participate in Client meetings as needed (MS Teams, on/off site – travel may be required).
