Amplifire, based in Boulder, CO, seeks a Client Engagement Director to drive strategy and execution for a portfolio of healthcare clients. You will build long-term relationships, align internal teams, and pursue opportunities to expand value and revenue.

You will lead account planning, work with executives, and use analytics to demonstrate clinical outcomes and ROI. This role requires strong communication and adaptability in a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college.
• 7+ years of client management or client engagement experience.
• 7+ years healthcare experience in clinical, healthcare analytics or consulting, or healthcare training and operations, particularly in client engagement.
• Experience selling to executive-level roles in enterprise institutions, with chiefs and leaders.
• Proven revenue growth planning with measurable retention and expansion results.
• Experience using data to demonstrate ROI and clinical outcomes to executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Adapts when client scope, timelines, or success metrics change mid-engagement.

• Drives predictable growth and retention through KPI-driven account management.
