Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and calendar management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries with timely, professional support.
• Assist customers with general questions, troubleshooting, scheduling, and administrative requests.
• Perform outbound outreach to providers and members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and complete data entry within established timelines.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence per company procedures and contracts.
• Listen to customer concerns, analyze situations, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support SLAs and process improvements.
