DMOS Orthopaedic Centers in West Des Moines, IA, is hiring a Patient Services Specialist to be the friendly first point of contact for our patients. You will schedule appointments, speak with a nurse, and redirect billing questions, with your own cubicle you can personalize.

This full-time role (Mon-Fri, 8a-5p) offers a hybrid work option after training and meeting metrics, plus a supportive team, decent PTO, and growth opportunities within a long-standing orthopedic practice.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and gather information about patients, insurance, and their situation.
• Help match patients with a referred provider or the first available provider.
• Provide a calm, understanding, and helpful voice to patients.
