Job summary

Complete Care at Maple Grove seeks a detail-oriented Central Supply Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of medical and nursing supplies across our facility.

You will maintain par levels, coordinate vendor deliveries, track costs, and ensure the clinical team has PPE and equipment to deliver quality resident care. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6–12 months of inventory management, purchasing, or supply distribution experience.
• CNA certification is a plus, not required.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain par levels.
• Place orders with approved vendors and inspect incoming shipments.
• Unpack, organize, and restock central storage areas and unit closets.
• Track costs and assist with patient-billable supplies/billing.
• Monitor equipment labeling, sanitation, storage, and servicing.
