In this role you will ensure PPE and clinical equipment are properly labeled, stored, and available when needed, while partnering with nursing and administrative staff to fill daily requisitions

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6–12 months of inventory management or purchasing experience in healthcare.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Active CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic inventory platforms.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Aufgaben

• Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts of medical, nursing, and facility supplies; maintain par levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Purchasing & Vendor Relations: Place supply orders through approved vendors; inspect shipments against purchase orders.
• Stocking & Distribution: Unpack, organize, and restock central storage areas; fill daily requisitions for nursing and administrative departments.
• Cost Tracking & Billing: Maintain purchasing records; verify invoices with the business office; assist with tracking patient-billable supplies.
• Equipment & Safety Maintenance: Monitor clinical equipment; ensure items are labeled, sanitized, stored, and serviced as needed.
