Job summary

Complete Care Management LLC in Madison, WI is seeking an organized Central Supply Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of medical and nursing supplies. You will maintain par levels, coordinate vendor deliveries, and track supply costs to support our clinical team.

The role requires 6–12 months of inventory/purchasing experience, basic computer skills, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CNA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 6–12 months in inventory management or purchasing; healthcare preferred.
• Certifications: CNA certification is a plus, not required.
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Physical: Able to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: regular counts and maintain par levels.
• Purchasing & vendor relations: place orders with approved vendors and verify deliveries.
• Stocking & distribution: organize storage areas and fill daily requisitions.
• Cost tracking & billing: maintain purchasing records and track patient-billable supplies.
• Equipment & safety: monitor equipment and ensure proper labeling, sanitizing and servicing.
