Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. seeks a detailed Central Supply Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of medical supplies across our facility. You will maintain par levels, coordinate vendor deliveries, track costs, and ensure PPE and equipment are available to the clinical team.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, 6–12 months in inventory or purchasing, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CNA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply distribution.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or healthcare setting preferred.
• Active CNA certification a plus but not required.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and electronic inventory/ordering platforms.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 40–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: regular counts and par level maintenance across units and storage.
• Purchasing and vendor relations: place orders and inspect shipments.
• Stocking and distribution: restock central storage and unit closets; fulfill daily requisitions.
• Cost tracking and billing: maintain records and verify charges with business office.
• Equipment and safety maintenance: label, sanitize, store, and service clinical equipment.
