Job summary

Complete Care - Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented Central Supply Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of medical and nursing supplies across our facility. You will maintain par levels, handle vendor deliveries, track supply costs, and ensure our clinical team has the PPE and equipment needed for high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, placing orders with approved vendors, unpacking and restocking storage areas, and cost

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of inventory management or purchasing experience; SNF/healthcare preferred.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic inventory systems.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and maintain par levels across units.
• Place supply orders with approved vendors and verify shipments.
• Unpack, organize, restock storage areas and fill daily requisitions.
• Track costs and assist with patient-billable supplies.
• Monitor equipment labeling, sanitation, storage, and servicing.
