Concentra, Inc is seeking a Center Operations Director in San Antonio, TX. The role leads center operations, staff, and patient care delivery to ensure outstanding service and clinical outcomes.

You will partner with clinical leadership to optimize workflows, staffing, and patient flow in a fast-paced center. The position emphasizes accountability for service standards, regulatory compliance, and financial drivers while fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; RN experience preferred; some college courses or equivalent education/experience
• Three or more years of work leadership or operations management experience
• Prior healthcare experience and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead patient facilitation and ensure exceptional patient and client experience
• Coordinate clinical staffing and support the medical model for optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure staff competency in patient care
• Drive center operations with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Manage key metrics like Turn Around Time (TAT) and patient experience scores
