Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, consulting, healthcare operations, contracting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, or category management activities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating spend, utilization, supplier, market, and contract performance data.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across client and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with the ability to independently use AI tools, critically evaluate AI-generated content, identify potential limitations or inaccuracies, and apply appropriate judgment to business recommendations and decisions.
• Ideal candidate can be located in Oklahoma at our member site or Irving, TX

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Manage sourcing initiatives from identification to implementation.
• Analyze spend, supplier performance, and contracts for savings.
• Research market conditions and trends to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with clinicians and ops to gather requirements and improve quality and cost.
• Lead client and project committees; prepare docs and present insights.
• Create RFIs/RFPs and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Negotiate suppliers; support contracts and ongoing management.
• Monitor performance to meet annual objectives.
• Use AI tools to enhance research and validate outputs.
