You will represent the owner’s interests on capital programs, managing healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-life science facilities through design, bidding, construction, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Demonstrated history of managing minimum of $10 million Healthcare/Pharma/Lab construction projects.
• Strong project management knowledge and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Experience supervising recruitment, training and people development.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in leading the project team and setting goals.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality to meet contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with design professionals and contractors across all project phases.
• Communicate risks, changes, and progress to stakeholders clearly and timely.
