Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks a Healthcare Project Manager to lead capital healthcare projects from planning through closeout.

You will act as the owner's representative, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, guiding scope, budget, and schedule while protecting patient safety and operations in active facilities. You will manage design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment throughout project phases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or construction management experience, with healthcare or complex institutional projects.
• Experience serving as owner's representative, project manager, program manager, or construction manager.
• Experience delivering healthcare projects, preferably ≥ $10 million.
• Experience delivering projects in occupied/operational healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner's representative for healthcare capital improvement, renovation, MEP infrastructure, expansion, and new construction projects.
• Lead projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, activation, turnover, and closeout.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, healthcare leadership, facilities teams, and clinical stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, change orders, invoices, pay applications, and project controls.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables, proactively resolving issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, or operations.
• Oversee design and construction activities for alignment with contract requirements, quality standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate construction activities within occupied healthcare facilities while minimizing impacts on patients and staff.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide clear reporting on schedule, budget, risks, decisions, and overall project performance.
• Support procurement, contractor selection, bid evaluation, and contract administration.
• Coordinate utility shutdowns, equipment relocations, commissioning, phased occupancy, and other operationally sensitive activities.
• Support compliance with healthcare safety and operational protocol, including ICRA and ILSM as applicable.
• Mentor junior project team members and support consistent project management best practices.
