Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our PM/CM team in New York City and Long Island.

You will act as owner’s representative on complex healthcare capital programs, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk to ensure superior patient care environments. You will oversee design development, procurement, construction, commissioning, and activation, while coordinating with senior leadership and clinical users to deliver on time

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or institutional facilities.
• Experience managing capital projects valued at $10 million or greater.
• Owner's Representative, Program Manager, Construction Manager, or PM in healthcare environments.
• Strong healthcare facility planning, design, construction, commissioning, activation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting with budget, schedule, risk logs, and contracts.
• Experience delivering MEP infrastructure in occupied healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner's representative for healthcare capital and MEP projects from planning through occupancy.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate programming, budgeting, planning, design, procurement, construction and closeout.
• Track budgets, cash flow, invoices, and financial performance indicators.
• Maintain schedules, milestone logs, and deliverable trackers; escalate issues.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Facilitate meetings with client leadership and clinical users.
• Review change orders, pay applications, and consultant agreements.
