STV, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to serve as the owner's representative, leading capital healthcare projects from planning through closeout.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires extensive healthcare construction experience, delivering projects in occupied environments while prioritizing patient safety and continuity of care.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, building sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management or construction management experience, with healthcare or complex institutional projects.
• Experience serving as owner's representative, project manager, program manager, or construction manager.
• Experience managing healthcare projects, preferably $10M+ in value.
• Experience delivering projects in occupied and operational healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare planning, design, construction, MEP infrastructure, commissioning, activation, and closeout.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, change management, project controls, and risk.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate with executives, clinical users, and contractors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and PM software.

Mansioni

• Serve as the owner's representative for healthcare capital improvement, renovation, MEP infrastructure, expansion, and new construction projects.
• Manage projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, activation, turnover, and closeout.
• Lead and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, healthcare leadership, facilities teams, and clinical stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, change orders, invoices, pay applications, and project controls.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables, resolving issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, or operations.
• Oversee design and construction activities for alignment with contract requirements, quality standards, regulations, and client objectives.
• Coordinate construction activities within occupied healthcare facilities minimizing impact on patients and staff.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide reporting on schedule, budget, risks, decisions, and overall project performance.
• Support procurement, contractor selection, bid evaluation, and contract administration.
• Coordinate utility shutdowns, equipment relocations, commissioning, phased occupancy, and other operationally sensitive activities.
• Support compliance with healthcare safety and operational protocols, including ICRA and ILSM.
• Mentor junior project team members and support consistent project management best practices.
