Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute is seeking a Capacity Management Analyst to join the Patient Access and Capacity Planning team. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to influence and execute initiatives that improve patient access, optimize capacity, and enhance ambulatory operations.

Using data, analytics, and Epic scheduling knowledge, you will identify opportunities, develop insights, and translate findings

Qualifications

• Epic Certification preferred.
• Experience in patient access or capacity management preferred.
• Direct experience with customer relations and problem-solving.
• Experience with data collection and analysis; proficient in Tableau, Qlik, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4 years of relevant experience required; 4-8 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical and operational leadership to improve patient access and capacity planning.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Epic data and analytics.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and drive performance improvements.
