Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Capacity Management Analyst to partner with leadership in access and capacity planning across ambulatory services. You will leverage data, analytics, and Epic knowledge to identify opportunities, develop insights, and drive sustainable improvements that enhance patient access and experience.

You will collaborate across departments to monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and support strategic planning while ensuring governance of Epic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Epic or patient access/capacity management experience preferred.
• Experience with data collection and analysis.
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Leads analytics to optimize access, capacity, and ambulatory operations.
• Translates data into actionable insights and supports implementation of improvements.
• Partners with clinical/operational leadership to drive capacity planning.
• Govern Epic provider templates and scheduling governance to align with strategy.
