Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a detail‑driven sales operations specialist to manage and process complex orders and contracts, ensure accuracy for commissions, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve order flow.

You will act as a subject matter expert in end-to-end sales processes, address escalations, and provide proactive support before and after sales to streamline operations.

• Serve as SME for end-to-end sales processes and coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot defects.

Job description

This role supports business sales teams by managing and processing complex orders, contracts, and quality control activities. The position ensures all orders are accurate, complete, and eligible for commission, while providing ongoing support before and after the sale to resolve issues and improve order flow. Acting as a subject matter expert in the end-to-end sales and ordering process, this individual partners with internal teams to enhance accuracy, troubleshoot defects, and streamline operations. The role also serves as a key point of contact for addressing escalations and coordinating resolutions across stakeholders.

Additional Details:

• Monday-Friday schedule
• Shift range: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (varies)
• Overtime required during peak/end-of-month periods
