Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows.
• Enterprise level experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote).
• Experience creating process flows (Visio or similar tools).

Location: 1 day/week on site, 4 days/week remote.

Supports business and technology teams by gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing issues, and helping implement system solutions. Acts as a liaison between stakeholders and IT to ensure business needs are translated into effective technology solutions.
