Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking Epic Go-Go Live Support Representatives to provide frontline support during a healthcare system implementation. You will be the first contact for end users, assisting with issue intake, documentation, and escalation to the proper teams while ensuring a positive support experience.

Ideal candidates have call center or help desk experience, a basic IT concept understanding, and the ability to learn Epic workflows during Go-Live.
