Job summary

Santa Cruz Community Health is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead and coordinate patient access services at the Administrative Office in Santa Cruz. You will oversee daily call handling, scheduling workflows, and staff performance, while promoting timely, equitable care in line with PCMH and HIPAA standards.

Expect to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours, with a bilingual differential of $0.50 per hour for Spanish/English.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include call center experience in healthcare.
• Supervisory, mentorship and team leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare terminology.
• Ability to work with practice management and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Call Center team and ensure patient-centered service.
• Oversee call handling, scheduling workflows, and patient access support.
• Develop staff schedules and coordinate PTO and coverage.
• Train staff and enforce department policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Site Operations Director and care teams to support patient flow.
