The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, is bilingual in Spanish and English, and has at least two years of call center or clinical administrative experience; credentials are a plus. Salary ranges from $24 to $27 per hour, with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English required.
• Two years’ experience in a call center or providing administrative support in a clinical setting.
• Current credentials or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MFHC Call Center team and support the Call Center Supervisor.
• Provide high-quality customer service to patients over the phone.
• Coach coworkers and coordinate administrative tasks for the team.
• Serve as liaison between the call center and care coordination teams.
