The Cancer & Hematology Centers are seeking a dependable Operator to manage our switchboard and triage patient and provider calls. You will document call details, create tickets, and coordinate with departments to support timely follow-up.

Strong communication skills, medical terminology knowledge, and experience with a multi-line phone system are essential. This role is on-site and supports compassionate patient care.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with medical office operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high-volume inbound calls on a multi-line system.
• Triages calls by urgency and routes accordingly.
• Create accurate tickets and document details for follow-up.
• Access EMR and billing systems as needed to perform duties.
• Support hospital consult requests and collaborate with teams.
• Maintain professionalism and protect patient confidentiality.
