We are looking for a detail-oriented manager to supervise business office functions and ensure accurate financial records for residents and the facility. Responsibilities include monthly billings, Medicaid/Medicare and other insurance billing, accounts receivable management, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Business degree or experience in health care facility office management.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Genuine caring for elderly and disabled residents.
• Comply with Residents' Rights and Facility Policies.
• Ability to manage accounting, billing and financial records per policy.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and submit monthly resident billings for services provided.
• Handle Medicaid, Medicare and other insurance billings with timely follow-up.
• Maintain financial records including cash receipts/disbursements, AR/AP, payroll, and general ledger.
• Attend department meetings and stay current with laws/regulations pertaining to bookkeeping.
• Reconcile daily bank deposits and patient trust funds; oversee staff as assigned.
