Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma is required.
• Associates Degree in Business or Accounting; or related experience preferred.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, physicians, and agencies.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Follow PCC daily, weekly, and monthly close checklists.
• Ensure completion of the Daily Census Verification process.
• Record all room, ancillary, and miscellaneous charges in PCC in a timely manner.
• Follow the RUG Billing Triple Check Process continuously.
• Manage private pay billing and the Centralized Statement process.
• Manage Medicare ADRs and appeals per established procedure.
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time.
