Qualifications

• Effective communication skills to maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies.

Responsibilities

• Follow PCC daily, weekly, and month-end close procedures.
• Ensure timely census verification.
• Record charges for rooms, ancillary services, and misc in PCC.
• Manage private-pay billing and centralized statement processing.
• Handle Medicare ADRs and appeals per procedure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
