Job summary

Fair Oaks Recovery Center is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand referrals across Central Valley/Central CA from professional sources. You will work with the Director of Business Development to implement programs and manage relationships with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners.

The role requires coordinating community workshops, facility tours, and outreach activities to showcase services, while maintaining CRM records and reporting monthly results.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of healthcare business development and marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of local referral networks and markets.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains a schedule of primary referral sources and documents contacts in CRM.
• Cultivates relationships with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners.
• Leads community workshops and facility tours to educate referral sources about programs.
• Manages leads and ensures an efficient admissions process with Admissions team.
