Job summary

Bel Aire Recovery Center, a Summit BHC facility in Kansas, seeks a Business Development Representative to grow referral networks and expand services across care levels. You will maintain primary source relationships, conduct community outreach, and coordinate with Admissions to streamline enrollments.

The role requires strong relational skills, local market knowledge, and flexibility for varied hours. Experience in healthcare business development and CRM usage is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; two+ years in healthcare business development/marketing preferred.
• Strong local market knowledge and referral base; organized with good relational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, early mornings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintain schedule of primary sources (physicians, EAPs, managed care, etc.) and document in CRM.
• Develop and maintain new accounts and strategies to grow referrals; build relationships with key sources.
• Lead community workshops, seminars, and facility tours to educate referral sources and the public.
• Ensure efficient admissions process by managing leads and collaborating with Admissions Department.
