Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- 5+ years of healthcare facilities sales or facilities management experience.
- Experience selling to healthcare customers and working with architects/GCs.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce).
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Develop a territory and account plans for the Texas market.
- Meet sales targets through effective execution of the plan.
- Sell entrance hardware and access control solutions to healthcare customers.
- Grow maintenance contracts, service calls, and healthcare specs in the territory.
- Collaborate with sales staff and customers to meet goals and build relationships.
- Coordinate with dormakaba teams to capture maintenance agreements after installations.
