Caring Hands Home Health, Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to expand referral networks and drive growth. You will visit hospitals, physician groups, and community organizations, present compelling solutions, and partner with marketing to boost visibility.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple outreach channels while pursuing monthly targets. A hybrid work setup supports field activity and office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in business development, sales, or community outreach in healthcare or home-care preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to engage new contacts.

Responsibilities

• Identify new referral partners such as hospitals, rehab centers, and physician groups.
• Cultivate relationships through on-site visits, Lunch-and-Learns, and events.
• Educate and position care solutions to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft brochures, digital content, and slide decks.
• Track market intel and share insights with leadership.
• Generate and qualify leads using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and outreach.
• Partner with care coordination for seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
• Log every touchpoint in the CRM to keep the team aligned.
• Aim to meet monthly referral, revenue, and growth targets.
