Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Managers.
• Drive growth and market share across the healthcare continuum.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new healthcare clients.
• Build and maintain networks with healthcare-focused centers of influence.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Collaborate across U.S. Bank to provide lending, treasury management, and other services.
• Monitor market conditions and healthcare industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Support risk management and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and client-focused execution.
• Contribute to strategic planning for profitability and growth.
