Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for AV and collaboration technologies across healthcare facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with conference rooms, meeting spaces, and video systems.
• Support a range of room types from small spaces to large auditoriums and exec conference rooms.
• Perform break/fix, hardware replacement, testing, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams and facility stakeholders during projects.
