Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV and collaboration support for healthcare facilities.
• Troubleshoot conference rooms, meeting spaces, and video Conferencing systems.
• Support a range of room types from small huddle spaces to large auditoriums.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and facility stakeholders during deployments and escalations.
• Travel between healthcare facilities within the assigned geography as required.
