Job summary

Truven by Merative is seeking an Account Executive for Springbuk to drive new business growth with employers, helping them leverage health intelligence to reduce costs and improve outcomes.

You will build relationships with prospective clients, identify needs, and demonstrate how Springbuk delivers value across HR, benefits, and wellness initiatives. This role requires 5+ years in sales and a proven track record in SaaS or healthcare analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Ability to drive new business growth and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective employer clients.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to meet targets.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand objectives and challenges.
• Present and demonstrate Springbuk solutions to stakeholders.
• Manage opportunities through full sales cycle including negotiations and close.
• Build relationships with prospective and current clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast information in CRM.
