Job summary
Artemis Solutions, based in Lexington, is seeking a Labor Productivity & Special Projects Analyst to transform clinical, workforce, and financial data into actionable insights.
The role will develop labor productivity dashboards, analyze staffing and productivity trends, and support executives with decision-ready analytics across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and clinical departments. Travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare analytics, workforce productivity, decision support, financial analysis, or operational analytics.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance labor productivity, staffing, workforce management, and operational dashboards and reports.
- Analyze staffing patterns, labor utilization, overtime, agency usage, productivity metrics, and other workforce trends.
- Manage and analyze clinical data and statistics, including patient-level reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Monitor organizational performance against established labor and productivity goals and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate complex data into executive-level dashboards, scorecards, reports, and presentations.
