Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategically lead value-driven workforce initiatives across clinical, operational, and financial boundaries.
• Oversee labor resources and UKG Dimensions usage to drive staffing efficiency.
• Manage Ardent Internal Agency float pool and in-house RN resources.
• Collaborate with Laborlytics and system leadership to improve data availability and utilization.
• Maintain SLAs between UKG, IT, and departments served.
