Artemis ABA Inc. is a technology company focused on AI-powered ABA platform optimization for clinical workflows, scheduling, billing, and compliance. We seek a Business Analyst to bridge clients, stakeholders, Product, and Engineering, translating ABA workflows into precise requirements.

Ideal candidates have strong requirements-gathering skills and SaaS or healthcare experience, including familiarity with Salesforce. This is a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in SaaS, healthcare tech, or enterprise software.
• Experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and diagrams.
• Turn complex business needs into precise, actionable requirements for Engineering.
• Partner with Product and Engineering across the full product lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification.
• Develop test scenarios and lead UAT to confirm features meet the documented requirements.
• Keep documentation of requirements, workflows, and product changes up to date.
