Job summary

Ellipsis Health is seeking a Product Manager to own how we track, measure, and display the performance of Sage, our Voice AI care assistant. You will bridge data infrastructure and customer value, ensuring data ingestion runs smoothly and analytics meet market needs.

You will drive customer analytics, dashboards, and reporting scalability across our payer and provider partners, shaping features and metrics that matter to enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management or technical Business Systems/Data Analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of data architecture.
• Experience designing or scaling B2B analytics and dashboards for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion and customer analytics reporting for Sage.
• Lead development of customer-facing analytics and dashboards.
• Drive internal reporting architecture and BI dashboards for Customer Success and Commercial teams.
• Define core metrics and how Sage’s performance is presented to the market.
• Coordinate cross-functional data initiatives with data engineers and QA engineers.
