Job summary

Ellipsis Health Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Product Manager to own the data-driven analytics and reporting for Sage Voice AI in healthcare. This hybrid role combines data operations, customer analytics, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable insights for payers and providers.

You will drive data ingestion, build dashboards on our BI stack, and partner with product leadership to define the metrics that matter to different user personas. 3+ years PM or similar required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management or highly technical Business Systems/Data Analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of modern data architecture (data lakes, ETL pipelines, data modeling).
• Experience designing, launching, or scaling analytics dashboards or data products for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own how we track, measure, and display Sage’s performance to customers.
• Lead the rollout of data insights and expanded reporting functionality for partners.
• Scale reporting tools across the customer base and define core metrics for various user personas.
