Job summary
Ellipsis Health is hiring a high-agency Forward Deployed Product Manager, AI Assistant to own end-to-end delivery of Sage in real customer environments. Each deployment is a product launch requiring scoping, go-live, and validation against customer workflows.
You will translate customer needs into shipped agent behavior, configure Sage, and collaborate with health plans, providers, and operations leaders. This role blends product ownership with hands-on configuration and technical collaboration.
Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, economics, business, or similar.
- Experience owning complex product problems and delivering structured solutions.
- Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and integration needs.
- Design and configure Sage to meet customer requirements with scalable, compliant deployments.
- Own end-to-end deployment leadership including integration, data mapping, UAT, and go-live readiness.
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
