Job summary

AndHealth LLC is seeking an Analytics Engineer to partner with the Care Delivery team and turn raw clinical data into trusted metrics and dashboards. You will own end-to-end metrics from semantic definitions to executive dashboards, translating business needs into governed data products.

You'll work closely with data and software engineers to ensure data quality, build a scalable data platform, and enable care operations teams to make proactive decisions that improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of data analysis or related experience with significant experience partnering with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into governed metric definitions and lead discovery conversations.
• Strong analytical instincts to interrogate data, identify anomalies, and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Advanced SQL and experience with dbt (Core or Cloud) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business decisions into metrics by defining governed metrics and engaging stakeholders.
• Partner with multiple teams to generate insights that improve value for partners and patients.
• Build internal and external dashboards to visualize trends and drive actions across care operations and pharmacy.
• Develop the semantic layer in dbt with governed metrics and curated datasets for self-serve data products.
• Collaborate with Data and Software Engineering to ensure data quality and support data transformations for usability.
• Establish robust testing across the data platform including schema tests and data quality checks.
