Backed by top investors including CVS Health/Aetna, Salesforce Ventures, and Khosla Ventures, Ellipsis Health is entering its next phase of growth—expanding market presence, deepening enterprise partnerships, and defining the category for empathetic voice AI in healthcare.
The Product team at Ellipsis Health builds and deploys voice-based AI systems that operate inside real clinical and operational workflows. We partner closely with Customer Success, Engineering, and Commercial to ensure our platform is not only innovative but operationally deployable and scalable across complex healthcare environments. As we scale, this team owns the bridge between our core Voice AI capabilities and the technical infrastructure required to trigger, manage, and report on millions of member interactions.
We are looking for a highly analytical, execution-driven Product Manager to own how we track, measure, and display the performance of our Voice AI, Sage. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, you will serve as the bridge between our complex data infrastructure and the value we present to our customers.
In the short term, you will act as the operational engine for new customer implementations, ensuring data ingestion runs smoothly and internal teams are prepared for call execution. Concurrently, you will take ownership of our customer analytics and reporting capabilities. Your mandate will be to scale our reporting tools across our customer base and lead the strategic expansion of these capabilities—defining net-new analytics features, adding functionality, and shaping how the market measures Sage's performance. You are a self-starter who thrives in the tactical weeds of data operations but possesses the product vision to scale highly intuitive, market-facing analytics tools.
Implementation & Data Operations: Act as the primary product lead for new customer data deployments, rapidly resolving day-to-day file ingestion issues and mapping discrepancies.
Customer-Facing Analytics Strategy: Take ownership of our customer-facing analytics and reporting experience. You will drive the rollout of data insights to our customer base and lead discovery for expanded reporting functionality for Payer and Provider partners.
Operational Readiness: Ensure that internal clinical and operations teams are fully prepared for campaign execution, systemizing the unscalable aspects of our onboarding workflows.
Internal Reporting & Analytics: Lead the strategic evolution of our internal reporting architecture on our modern BI suite, designing dashboards that empower our Customer Success and Commercial teams.
Performance Metric Strategy: Partner with product leadership to define how we represent Sage’s performance to the market, establishing the core metrics that matter most to different user personas (e.g., enrollment rates, workflow success).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive the day-to-day execution and agile ceremonies for a matrixed team of data and QA engineers to ensure timely delivery of both implementations and product features.
Customer Analytics Adoption: Successfully scale our reporting capabilities across the customer base, delivering high-value insights that prove the ROI of Sage and drive partner engagement.
Implementation Velocity: Drastically reduce the manual overhead and turnaround time required to resolve data file issues and get new customer campaigns live.
Reporting Strategy Execution: Successfully execute the migration and consolidation of key internal and external reports onto our modern business intelligence platform.
Metric Standardization: Establish a unified, company-wide data dictionary and reporting standard for how we measure and communicate Sage’s performance.
Experience: 3+ years of Product Management or highly technical Business Systems/Data Analytics experience, with a track record of driving cross-functional data initiatives.
Technical Fluency: Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of modern data architecture (data lakes, ETL pipelines, data modeling).
Preferred Technology: Hands-on familiarity with modern data stack technologies like Databricks, Airflow, and Sigma (or similar BI/visualization platforms) is highly preferred.
Operational Grit: Demonstrated ability and willingness to dive into manual troubleshooting, file resolution, and tactical operations to unblock implementations while building toward automated solutions.
Domain Expertise: Familiarity with healthcare data (payers/providers), population health metrics, and basic clinical workflows.
Customer Facing: Experience designing, launching, or scaling B2B analytics, reporting dashboards, or data products that are consumed directly by enterprise customers.
Startup Mindset: Ability to write against ambiguity, take ownership of failure modes, and adapt quickly as technology and priorities shift.
