Every day, our services match real patient queries, symptoms, and pathologies to providers, sites of care, and urgency. These mappings are highly complex and non-linear, ranging from queries like “back pain” to “doctor for head trauma”. We log and can query for historical requests but want to build tools to help us analyze this data in aggregate and build deeper insights into what we’re seeing day to day. We are looking for someone to help us build out the analytics infrastructure and tooling for the matching pipeline. This will provide us with learnings from real patient data and provide key insights into how to iterate and improve our current offerings. We’re looking for someone who can help build out the core analytics infrastructure and pipelines for our matching products. You’ll work closely with engineers who work on the matching software, as well as our business team to help understand, surface, and design the metrics we need to better the impact of our product and how to improve it.
