Job summary

Elligint Health is seeking a Product Manager to drive innovation and roadmap execution for the product suite. You will collaborate with engineering, design, clinical SMEs, and go-to-market teams to deliver features that create customer value and align with growth strategy.

You will shape product direction through customer insights, market analysis, and a deep understanding of payer and population health workflows, with emphasis on care and utilization management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS healthcare
• Proven success delivering products that meet market and customer needs
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical/clinical audiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership
• Collaborative leadership style with influence across teams
• Must reside in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available

Responsibilities

• Own one or more functional domain in the product roadmap
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends
• Translate clinical and operational workflows into product features
• Define feature requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions
• Partner with clinical SMEs to ensure usability and compliance
• Lead go-to-market activities including launch planning and customer communications
• Present roadmap and demos to stakeholders and customers
• Support continuous improvement of product processes
