Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret financial, operational, and clinical data.
• Ability to work with large data sets and derive strategic insights.
• Strong multi-project management and time management skills.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration (preferred).
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and R/Python for analysis.
• 3 years in a clinical setting or understanding hospital/physician operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytics and reporting on financial, operational, and clinical performance.
• Partner with hospital and physician stakeholders to support major initiatives.
• Explain trends using detailed data and quantify value of key drivers.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and compare against budgets/forecasts.
• Create executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Use rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of patient and payer mix.
