Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field OR 6 years of related experience.
• ~3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets and extract strategic insights.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-org collaboration.
• Self-starter who drives progress with minimal supervision.
• Master's degree candidates should have proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with Alteryx or ETL tools and R/Python scripting.
• Experience in clinical or hospital/physician operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data to explain performance trends.
• Partner with hospital and physician stakeholders to provide analytical support.
• Create executive-level summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses on topics requested by leadership.
• Utilize rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of shifts in mix and payors.
